Please connect your IntelliRoute® TND™ or TripMaker® RVND™ to your computer to begin using the Rand McNally Dock.
*Tablet owners: Please note that Rand McNally tablets do not use the Dock software. Your tablet receives all updates via Wi-Fi. When you are connected to Wi-Fi and an update is available, you will receive a notification in the upper left corner of your screen.

Note for Mac users: Future releases of the macOS (starting with macOS Catalina) will only support 64-bit applications. If you are planning to upgrade your Mac to macOS Catalina or newer, please remove the old 32-bit version of the Rand McNally Dock application and download the 64-bit version.

How to Update Select TND and RVND GPS Devices:
Select TND and RVND models receive map and software updates via the Rand McNally Dock software.
NOTE:Rand McNally tablets, OverDryve devices, and TND 540/740 models do not use the Dock software. These devices receive all updates via Wi-Fi. When you are connected to Wi-Fi and an update is available, you will receive a notification on the home screen of your device.
Dock software is required for the following devices only:
Truck GPS: TND 500-530; TND 700-730
RV GPS: RVND 5510-5535; RVND 7710-7735
Car GPS: Road Explorer 5; Road Explorer 7; Road Explorer 50; Road Explorer 60
To get started:

- Select the file and click 'run' to begin the installation
